soak the peas in adequate water for 4 hours before pressure cooking/ boiling them until they soften
boil the sweet corn until soft and keep aside
chop the onion, tomatoes and avocadoes small
keep rest of the ingredients ready as there peas cool off a bit after boiling
In a large salad bowl, transfer the boiled peas and throw in the avocadoes
Add all the ingredients one after the other followed by the seasonings
Toss all the ingredients well and serve immediately
